Minsara Thailam

தலை வலி, தலை குத்து, ஒற்றை தலைவலி,மூக்கு அடைப்பு,நெஞ்சு சளி, மூச்சிரைப்பு,கை கால் மூட்டு வலி, அடிபட்டு வீக்கம், பீனிசம் குணமாகும்.

பயன்படுத்தும் முறை:-

கை, கால் மூட்டு வலி:-

சேவலோன் மின்சார தைலத்தை வலி உள்ள இடத்தில்போட்டு விரல்களால் சிறிது நேரம் தடவி விடவும்.

மூக்கடைப்பு:-

மூக்கடைப்பு உள்ளவர்கள் சிறிது தைலத்தை விரல்களில் எடுத்து மூக்கில் ஆழமாக உரிஞ்சவும் பின் மூக்கின் மேலும் தடவவும்.

தலை வலி:-

தலைவலிக்கு, முன் நெற்றி, பிதடி, சென்னி போன்ற இடங்களில் தைலத்தை தடவிவிட்டு நன்றாக ஓய்வு எடுக்கவும்.

தலை நீர் ஏற்றம்:-

தலையில் நீர் ஏற்றம் இருந்தால் ஐந்து சொட்டு தைலம் போட்டு ஆவி பிடிக்கவும்.

நெஞ்சு சளி:-

சிறிது தைலம் எடுத்து நெஞ்சு மற்றும் முதுகு பகுதியில் தடவவும், சிறுவர் குழந்தைகளுக்கும் உபயோகிக்கலாம்.

It cures headache, migraine, nasal congestion, chest mucus, shortness of breath, hand and foot joint pain, swelling and sinus

Method of use:-

Arm and leg joint pain:-

Apply Shevalon Minsara Thailam to the painful area and rub it in with your fingers for a while.

Nasal congestion:-

People with stuffy nose take some ointment on the fingers and rub it deep into the nose and then spread further up the nose.

Headache:-

Apply the ointment on the forehead and chin and take a good rest.

Head water:-

If the head is watery, apply five drops of balm and hold and take the steam.

Chest:-

Take some ointment and apply it on the chest and back area, it can also be used on children.
